In a groundbreaking development for the aerospace industry, a consortium of Houston-based technology firms has announced a collaborative initiative to launch a constellation of satellites aimed at monitoring climate change. This ambitious project, which is projected to cost $300 million, aims to provide real-time data on atmospheric conditions and environmental changes.

The initiative, dubbed Project Clear Skies, has garnered support from major players in the Houston tech scene, including SpaceX Texas, Blue Origin, and ClimateAnalytics.
