This institute aims to attract top researchers and entrepreneurs to Houston, fostering an environment ripe for innovation.
The trend is further supported by recent legislation that provides tax incentives for renewable energy projects, making it financially viable for companies to invest in sustainable technologies. Analysts expect that the renewable energy sector in Texas could generate upwards of $30 billion by 2030.
